Download the file available at the link below and save it to a USB drive without changing the name and without unzipping it. The USB drive does not need to be empty and must be formatted in NTFS or FAT32.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Save the file to a USB drive.
Turn on your DEVICE and connect the USB drive to one of the device's USB ports.
On the box's home screen, click on "APP GALLERY" and select the "LOCAL UPDATE" application.
Click on OTA SYSTEM UPDATE
On the next screen, select the update file. IT WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE WORD OTA.ZIP AT THE END OF ITS NAME.
On the next screen, the file will be verified, which will take a few seconds. Wait until the option with a blue arrow, START INSTALL, becomes available at the bottom of the screen. Click on it.
The update process will proceed automatically; wait until your device restarts on the home screen.
Click Get to prepare download.
